Magic Eight Ball says extremely light posting ahead

Going into the holiday season, with a lame duck Congress, and QE2 rolling along, there is probably not going to be much to discuss.  It's likely to be status quo until January.  Hopefully, if the new Congress can get their act together, the new year should bring lots of interesting things to talk about. For the time being, however, I don't expect to have much besides the Friday fund review and maybe some lame-ass xtranormal movies.

1 Hopefully the Lame Duck doesn't do too much damage, HD.  I've my fingers crossed, and hopefully the 11-02-2010 curbstomp keeps some of the Senate RINOS in line just long enough for the new session to roll in.
I pray they do little to antagonize us on their way out, and thus you will have little reason for commentary.

I pray they do little, but fully expect you'll be busy.

My very best regards to you, HD.

Oh, I have no doubt the lame duck will attempt all kinds of bullshit, botnet.  You're certainly right to be fearful there.  But to me, that's just more of the status quo and not terribly interesting.  That's the kind of thing the usual political sites will be all over -- I try to look at things from a different perspective.

I'm looking for changes to the status quo.  The entire western world is on an unsustainable path -- the question is not if there will be major changes, but how and when.  That's what interests me, and I just don't think it's likely we'll see much real change until January.

Best to you as well.
